I returned it and the shop said, they would send it back to the designer and fix it for me. I've called and stopped in numerous times since December, as my messages were not getting returned. It's now March and every time I go in to inquire about the bracelet they claim it's "coming in" or they will call the manager and call me back, with no call backs. I'm super disappointed with the entire experience, I haven't been offered a refund and essentially paid for a broken product that's not even in my possession, I do not recommend shopping here.
