  I am only giving them 1star because they were very nice. I brought my engagement ring, that is 16 years old to them. I thought the prong was broken. They looked at it and told me I would need to fix and gave me an estimate of $1600. That’s right, $1600.! I was shocked and very upset. So my husband and I brought it to Barmakian in Nashua. We got it at Barmakian in Boston. Dropped off my engagement ring and wedding band(which Benatti told me a stone in my band was cracked). Well with our stomach in knots, Linda from the service counter called us to the counter. Guess what? Not a thing wrong with either ring. I told them what had happened, they couldn’t believe people would do such a thing. Shame on you for charging innocent people so much money. You should be ashamed of yourselves. How do you sleep at night. I am sad that you are even in my city of Newburyport. You disgust me, and I will tell everyone.BY the way, I know a lot of people in this city So I will be telling EVERYONE how horrible you people are! Corrine Parseghian

  I’ve known Matt and Karen for a few years now. At first it was just an economic transaction. Now, they have become trusted advisors and friends. When I need a special and amazing gift, they are my first thought and “go to” resource. The North Shore is better because of them. From a simple pair of earrrings to a special necklace or ring, there is no better choice in New England. #thankful
